Woohooooo, you’re married!!! Finally
I remember when these two contacted and met with me over two years ago. I didn’t realize that by the time they’d get married we would have many different Filipino connections. I felt right at home with all these people. For two years in a row I photographed Catherine’s (Melissa’s MOH) family at Christmas. Then last November I shot Jo & Carmelita’s wedding. When I put them up on the blog, Melissa messaged me saying that her mom was in a few of the photos!! I had no idea!
Anyway, it was a wedding I’ve been looking forward to for so long. The day came and went… and it was beautiful. They were both so calm, relaxed, and totally enjoyed their day! The rain even went away by the time we were ready to leave the church! Parfait!
Thanks again for letting us be part of your day… it’ll be hard to forget all the lovely words from the speeches, and your crazy wedding party! It was special and fun
Check out this short film of their special day!

the lovely bride – Melissa

the very happy and easy going groom – Adam

here’s a shot Justin took from the balcony

I love Melissa’s smile!!!

Check out Melissa’s shoes!! She was an “all comfort” bride… she didn’t wear the runners all day, but I love how confident enough she was to wear them!!

Here are the crazy guys! (“crazy” as in FUN crazy)

Melissa’s niece Max was the PERFECT little flower girl!

I love the idea of donating to a foundation or organization on behalf of each guest… especially when there’s a special connection to the organization.

Congrats to both of you!! ENJOY YOUR JAMAICAN honeymoon and don’t forget your water shoes

A big THANKS to the people who helped make this day happen:
Hall Decorations – Decorating Dreams
Cake – Norris Bakery (beautiful cake!)
Flowers and bridesmaids dresses – Simply Elegant Events (essentially Catherine the MOH and her mom!)
DJ – Sound Samsation Entertainment (great job guys!!)
